Do I have to pay the cost of returning my order?
Yes. Unless the return or exchange is a result of our error, the customer is responsible for all charges associated with sending returns or exchanges back to SportDesigns.com. However, we will pay the additional shipping charge in sending the exchanges back to the customer.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Please review our Return Policy. If the item(s) on your order meet our requirements, you can process a return or exchange online by logging into My Account or begin the process by e-mailing lynn@sportdesigns.com. You can also call our office at 1-800-998-8375.
I received a damaged product, how do I get it replaced?
If an item is received damaged, please notify our Customer Service department within 48 hours via e-mail at lynn@sportdesigns.com in order for you to receive a refund or replacement. Please hold the original carton and damaged merchandise for inspection if it appears the damage was caused by the shipping carrier.
I received the wrong item, how do I get the correct one?
If you received an incorrect item, please notify our Customer Service department within 48 hours via e-mail at lynn@sportdesigns.com in order for you to receive a refund or replacement.
What is your return policy?
Our return/exchange policy is simple. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return it within 30 days for you to receive a refund or exchange (please note that we do make a special exemption to this policy during the Holidays, please contact us if you have any questions). These items must be returned unused in the original packaging (where applicable). Customized orders, clearance items, one of a kind products, custom finished item, and other similar products are nonreturnable and nonrefundable, due to the nature of the product and the terms of the sale.
We will issue a full refund for the price of any item you return that meets these conditions. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of merchandise and for all shipping costs of the return/exchange. However, we will pay the additional shipping charge in sending the exchanges back to the customer.
To receive full credit for returned items quickly and efficiently, please do the following:
1. The best way to process a return or exchange online by logging into My Account. Or e-mail our returns office at lynn@sportdesigns.com with a name, e-mail address, sale number, and reason for return or exchange. We will e-mail a Return Authorization Number back to you. You are also welcome to call our office to receive a Return Authorization Number at 1-800-998-8375. Please include this number on the return package.
2. Package returned items securely and include all original cartons, containers, product literature, etc. You may also use packaging that is provided free by the US Postal Service to return your item.
3. Write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the carton and enclose the original invoice (or a copy). Please write the reason for your return on the back of your invoice.
4. Insure shipment for the full purchase value and prepay shipping. For your protection, we suggest Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation for shipment.

Product charges will be credited to your credit card account. If item was purchased using a check or money order, the refund will be issued as a company check to the billing address for the purchase price. Shipping & Handling Charges are nonrefundable unless we made an error in the shipment.
