How can I check the status of my order?
You may check the status of your order(s) at any time by logging into My Account.
How can I track my order?
We automatically e-mail a shipping confirmation to the email address you provided us when you placed your order. These will include your delivery confirmation number from the U.S. Postal Service. Delivery Confirmation from the USPS does not provided end-to-end tracking, but you will be able to see that your package is en route. You can also obtain delivery confirmation numbers by logging into My Account.
Also - Tracking Numbers will be e-mailed to USPS Express Mail and Global Express Mail customers
How long will it take my order to ship?
Typically, we ship the same day for all orders received before 12:00 PM (Eastern) for all items stocked at our warehouse. Most items we sell are stocked in our warehouse location.
We do also offer merchandise from other warehouse partners and dropshippers. Items that are sent from our partner's warehouses will ship following the shipping policies of those companies.
We have attempted to include any special shipping information on the ordering pages for items that do not ship immediately. These items would include customized jerseys and built-to-order hard goods.
To make a long story short: Unless you order a special or customized item, you will get your order quickly.
Is it possible to cancel or change my order?
Depending on where we are in the production of your order, you can cancel or make changes to your orders(s) online by logging into My Account.
